We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers and fulfilment partners are located outside the United Kingdom. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How Long We Keep It

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for two years.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at support@hartwen.com. We will respond within one month.
